—————————————————————————-

GEF follows a strictly blinded process with applications exclusively reviewed and rated by volunteers outside of the GEVSD using an established rubric. Final selections are made based on highest scoring using a structured process. While GEF Board member relatives (children, grandchildren, etc.) are not excluded from receiving a GEF scholarship, said GEF Board members are not permitted to serve on the GEF Scholarship Committee in that situation. Graduating seniors may apply for more than one GEF Scholarship but are eligible to only be awarded one GEF Scholarship as determined by the GEF Scholarship Committee.
